![]() 南海市怡南有色金属型材厂（原南海市平洲有色金属型材厂）成立于1993年。以生产线切割用电极丝、青铜线、特种铜合金线、锡青铜管棒、易切削铜棒、管，焊接式、螺压式来水铜管件，铸造铜铝合金件，铜制品综合性中型企业。企业占地面积13000㎡，建筑面积13500㎡，年产各类铜材料，金属制品5000吨。通过近十年的努力，各类生产设备一应俱全，技、工、检齐全，具有开发有色金属新材料的能力。
1997年通过与香港公司强强联合、产销互补，前店后厂的产销模式，优势结合。引进整厂生产设备、生产工艺，投入批量生产高技术产品，线切割放电用电极线，年产量达到1200吨，使企业有长足发展，使出口产品和内销更具竞争力。
Yinan Non-ferrous Metal Profiles Plant, Nanhai (the former Pingzhou Non-ferrous Metal Profiles Plant, Nanhai), established in 1993, is an comprehensive middle-size enterprise specialized in making electrode wires for cutting, bronze wires, special C-alloy wires, copper ingots, copper valves, beryllium copper products, tin bronze pipes and bars, free cutting copper bars and pipes, welded and spiral copper pipes for water, cast copper-aluminum alloy pieces and copper products. It covers a land area of 13000M2 and a construction area of 13500M2, and produces 5000 tons of all kinds of copper materials and metal products each year. By nearly 10 years of efforts, it has owned the complete production equipments, technologies and inspection tools, and is fully able to developing the new non-ferrous metal materials.
By the strong-to-strong combination with the HK company in 1997, it has realized the complementary production and marketing, the overall pattern with both sales shops and production plant, and the dominating strategy. It has imported the advanced production equipments and technology, and produced high-tech products, the electrode wires for discharging in line cutting in batches, with annual output of 1200 tons. In such circumstance, the enterprise has made a long-term development, and has the greater competitive power in both export and domestic sales for its products. |
